1. Account and sign-in
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp number. You are responsible for the security of your account and phone number; never share your verification code. Your account details must be accurate and up to date.
2. Products and prices
Prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. Product images are for illustration; colours and packaging may vary by manufacturer. Stock is updated in real time; if an ordered product is no longer available, the order is cancelled and you are informed.
3. Orders and confirmation
An order becomes binding once we confirm it. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors or exceptional circumstances; any payment made is then refunded in full.
4. Delivery and returns

5. Loyalty points
Loyalty points earned on your orders can be converted into discount vouchers under the conditions shown in your account. Points cannot be exchanged for cash; earning and redemption rules may be changed with prior notice.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The courts of Lefkoşa have jurisdiction over any disputes.
