Orders within Lefkoşa (Nicosia), Girne (Kyrenia) and Gazimağusa (Famagusta) are delivered the same day.
Other cities
Orders to Güzelyurt, İskele, Lefke and all other cities are delivered within 1 business day.
Other areas
Delivery to all other areas is completed within 3 days at the latest.
Store pickup
You can also collect your order from our store in Göçmenköy. We will let you know via WhatsApp as soon as it is ready.
Delivery process
- Delivery times are counted from the moment your order is confirmed.
- Delivery may take longer on public holidays or in exceptional circumstances; we will contact you if this happens.
- Please check your package on delivery and report any damaged package before accepting it.
Returns
We accept returns of unused products in their original, unopened packaging. To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail with your order number. Once the return is approved, the amount is refunded in line with the payment method used.
For hygiene and health reasons, opened food, treats, care and health products cannot be returned.
